Return & Exchange Policy
Thank you for your purchase! We hope you are happy with your purchase and enjoy the full beauty of your home's curtain decor. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please email customer service at CustomerCare@MyPerfectCurtains.com. Then place the item securely in its original packaging and mail your return to the following address:

*Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
After receiving your product and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least five (5) business days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you, by e-mail, when your return has been processed.

We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.
Shipping charges will be calculated automatically and fulfilled within 2 business days.
We offer international shipping to some countries.
*Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are restricted for complying with the laws, applicable to the country where you live, and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.
